Dancing through Yoga
A Yoga/ Dance Workshop
Flow with the creative pulse of your breath and
body like a rhythmic beat. You are invited to come and experience
choreographed Yoga sequences, integrating contemporary dance
and natural movement off the mat!
Using music as a tool for cultivating the flow and Vinyasa
as the dance of breath, connect with your internal rhythm
and feel whole again.
