A Yoga Rhythms class is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Unity Yoga Hatha postures positioned together in a choreographed sequence aiming for each asana to flow onto the next, with a variety of variations to suit your level of Yoga, learning to identify your own limits in your body and to feed your areas of tension with breath to help lengthen the muscles and improve health and energy levels.
Yoga Rhythms offer 4hr workshops, drop in classes and themed Yoga courses for beginners and intermediates including:
  • A beginner’s taste of Yoga
  • Yoga and the Chakras
  • Patanajali’s Yoga Sutras
  • Gods and Goddess of Yoga
  • Yoga and the Elements
Each week we will delve into a variation of Vinyasa Flow sequences and Unity Yoga postures for strengthening & toning the body, mantras to free the voice, Pranayama to increase life vitality, Meditation techniques for relaxation & using breath awareness to connect with your natural rhythm.
