A Yoga Rhythms class is a combination
of Vinyasa Flow and Unity Yoga
Hatha postures positioned together in a choreographed
sequence aiming for each asana to flow onto the next, with a variety
of variations to suit your level of Yoga, learning to identify your
own limits in your body and to feed your areas of tension with breath
to help lengthen the muscles and improve health and energy levels.

and themed Yoga courses for beginners and intermediates including:
